National Project Coordinator (for a Clean and Healthy Ocean)

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a National Project Coordinator to manage a GEF-funded project focused on improving waste management and public awareness for a clean and healthy ocean in the Eastern Caribbean. The coordinator will oversee all aspects of project implementation—including budgets, timelines, staffing, and stakeholder engagement—working with government agencies, NGOs, community groups, and international partners in Grenada. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in natural resource management or a related field, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments. This is a five-year term-limited position based in St. George's, Grenada.
