Insurance Officer, Blue Finance Innovation

The Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance (ORRAA) is seeking an Insurance Officer to advance its blue finance innovation agenda by integrating insurance solutions into ocean and coastal finance transactions. The role involves working closely with development banks, investors, and international stakeholders to apply cutting-edge approaches such as natural asset insurance, ecosystem-based risk modelling, and parametric insurance to support Marine 30x30 objectives and build resilience for coastal communities in the Global South. Candidates must have deep expertise in the insurance industry, strong financial literacy, and a passion for ocean resilience.
